I began my trading journey in the Indian markets, not with the idea of starting small and slowly dreaming big, but with the belief that you should start where you ultimately want to be.

I didn’t come from wealth, nor did I have guidance from family or society. What I had was curiosity, discipline, and a clear intention to build a skill that could change my life. Within my first six months, I made a conscious decision to move away from scattered markets and focus entirely on one instrument XAUUSD (Gold).

Instead of chasing multiple markets or quick profits, I chose depth over noise. I spent my time reading books, studying market behavior, and back testing a single strategy thousands of times to understand its true edge. My belief is simple: pick one market, one pair, one framework and master it.

As my confidence grew, I began testing myself in real trading environments through funded account challenges. This allowed me to build discipline, emotional control, and consistency without risking large personal capital. Trading funded accounts while continuing a job is, in my view, one of the most practical ways to develop this skill before fully transitioning into trading professionally.

Today, my focus remains the same XAUUSD, risk management, and trading psychology. Trading has taught me patience, self-awareness, and accountability far beyond charts and indicators.
